To provide a pipe cutter, a pipe cutting system, and a pipe cutting method capable of accurately cutting a pipe in a short time.
A first cutter 100 which cuts a vessel 2 whose at least one end is opened includes a die 111 in which a die side shear blade 112 contacting with two points facing each other on the outer surface of the vessel 2 is formed, a punch 113 which is inserted into the vessel 2 through the opening of the vessel 2 and in which punch side shear blades 114 and 115 are formed and arranged at a side closer to the opening of the vessel 2 than the die side shear blade 112 so as to contact with the inner surface of the vessel 2, and a relative movement means 116 which makes the die 111 and the punch 113 move relative to each other. The relative movement means 116 makes the die 111 to perform one reciprocation movement relative to the punch 113 so that two points of an ear 3 of the vessel 2 are sheared by the die side shear blade 112 and the punch side shear blades 114 and 115.
