To realize a pipe cutter for very small space allowing the cutting operation of a pipe such as a buried tube or a pipe in a building even if an obstruct is present around the periphery of these pipes.
In this pipe cutter, a plurality of cutter blades 23 and 23' in bead shape disposed around a cut pipe 32 and on the same plane orthogonal to the center axis of the cut pipe 32 are classified into two groups, each of the groups is pivotally supported on two members accessible to each other, and the area around the cut pipe 32 is rotated while allowing two members to be accessed to each other by a pressing member to cut out the cut pipe 32. The plurality of cutter blades 23 and 23' are disposed at non-equal intervals and non-equal distances as viewed from the center of the cut pipe 32.
