To improve operation efficiency by saving troubles in holding a workpiece.
A pipe cutter has a die holder 1 including a lower holder 7, and a punch holder 2 including an upper holder 19 and a cutter edge 24. When the upper holder 19 lowers toward the die holder 1, the upper holder 19 and the lower holder 7 grip the workpiece W, and the cutter edge 24 cuts the gripped workpiece W.
