Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cutter attitude support apparatus capable of surely preventing oblique cutting of a pipe, without complicating a structure.SOLUTION: A pipe cutter is provided for cutting a cutting object pipe 1 by rotating around the cutting object pipe 1 while approaching a plurality of cutter blades 3 oppositely arranged on the same plane orthogonal to the central axis A of the cutting object pipe 1 to pressing means, and is provided with: a fixed support body 6 which is arranged on one end of a bow-shaped frame 4 and has a plurality of cutter blades 3 and reacting cutting object pipe abutting rollers 5 arranged on both sides of the cutter blade; and a movable support body 7 which is movable and arranged in an intermediate part of the bow-shaped frame 4 and has a plurality of movable cutter blades 3 and reacting cutting object pipe abutting rollers 5 arranged on both sides of the cutter blade 3. Thus, the cutting object pipe abutting roller 5 is allowed to abut on the outer periphery of the cutting object pipe 1, and the pipe cutter can be held at a right angle to the central axis A of the cutting object pipe 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
