PURPOSE: To improve cutting function in such a way that a cutter is moved on the peripheral face of pipe with use of induction roller chains, and further strong thrust force to the pipe side by the roller chains is used.

CONSTITUTION: A cutter 1 has forward and backward in total four pieces of edge- shaped castors 3, which runs on the peripheral face of pipe 21 that is cut off by a rotary edge 18. Two pieces of endless induction rollr chains 22 are wound up around the peripheral face of the pipe 21 through a sprocket 7 for motor, a sprocket 10 for tension and a guide sprocket 9. Drive of the sprocket 7 runs the cutter 1 on the peripheral face of the pipe 21, operation of a handle 20 makes vertical movement of the rotary edge by operating a handle 20 to cut the pipe 21.
