Abstract:
To improve work efficiency by cutting and welding a pipe in a clean room in performing piping work for the pipe where semiconductor manufacturing gas flows in the clean room of a semiconductor manufacturing factory.
In this pipe cutting device, a motor-driven cutter 4 for cutting a pipe and an end face machining tool 5 for deburring the end face of the cut pipe are housed in one transparent case 2. Preferably the interior of the device is decompressed.
