To convey two pipes onto a single pipe conveying passage and cut the pipes at once without expanding an entire device.

Cutting vices 5, 5a for holding two pipes P, P1 from left and right sides in the state of being vertically stacked in two stages are installed at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. A rotary cutting blade 6 is installed for cutting the pipes P, P1 by vertically moving between the cutting vices 5, 5a installed in the longitudinal direction. The single pipe conveying passage 2 is formed at the rear of the cutting vices 5, 5a. A plurality of pipe stacking rollers 19 each peripherally having a pipe receiving groove M of a recessed shape in cross section which has a width equal to the diameter of the pipes and allows the two long pipes P, P1 to be vertically stacked in two stages and held, are installed in the pipe conveying passage 2. A feed means 3 is installed to deliver the two long pipes P, P1 on the pipe stacking rollers 19 to the cutting vices 5, 5a by holding the pipes at proper positions.
