In a pipe cutting-out means, a cutting unit includes a cutting tool capable of cutting the peripheral wall of an existing fluid pipe along the peripheral direction and a stepping screw unit 20 advancing/retracting the cutting tool in the radial direction of the existing fluid pipe by a predetermined amount matching the rotation angle of the rotation by connecting to the cutting tool and rotating around the rotation axis, a kicker unit includes a kicker piece 31 abuttingly engaging with the stepping screw unit 20 rotating in the peripheral direction and rotating the stepping screw unit 20 around the rotation axis and an adjusting unit adjusting the abutment degree of the kicker piece 31 with respect to the stepping screw unit 20, and the adjusting unit can change the rotation angle of the stepping screw unit 20 by adjusting the abutment degree.
