Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a necessary mark on an outer peripheral face of a pipe in site effectively even when the pipe is cut at a high place or a narrow place.
SOLUTION: In a pipe cutting device, an edge part 14 for cutting a pipe is provided in a cutting device body 13 capable of rotatably holding a pipe A in the peripheral direction of the pipe in a state that positioning is conducted with respect to the longitudinal direction of the pipe, and the pipe can be cut along the peripheral direction of the pipe by the rotary operation of the cutting device body for holding the pipe. A marker 19 is provided on the body 13. The marker 19 can form a mark M on the outer peripheral face of the pipe which is apart from a cutting position of the pipe in the longitudinal direction of the pipe by a predetermined distance D by rotating the cutting device body.
