To easily cut a branched pipe part such as, for example, a T-shaped pipe joint and to remove a buried branched pipe easily.
This pipe cutting device is provided with a guide member 11 having a guide rod 11b being attachable to and detachable from a main body part 3a of a valve T 3 and being along a shaft axis O, a cutting tool 12 forming a cutting blade 12b in a tip outer peripheral part of a cylindrical body 12a capable of being externally fitted into a main pipe part 3a and having a shaft axis hole 12d guided slidably to the guide rod 11b, and a hole drilling machine for rotating and driving the cutting tool 12. The branched pipe part is cut on a circular arc face along an outer peripheral face of the main pipe part to rotate the main pipe part and separate the valve T easily.
