Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs.SOLUTION: A pipe diameter expansion device A includes: a punch 23 which enters into a processed part M of a terminal of a metal pipe P and deforms the processed part M so that a diameter of the processed part M expands; and a nozzle 33 which enters into the processed part M and sprays and applies a lubrication oil F to an inner peripheral surface of the processed part M. Since the lubrication oil F is sprayed to an inner part of the pipe P, the lubrication oil F is inhibited from diffusing in atmospheric air. Thus, a recovery range of the lubrication oil F falling at the exterior of the pipe P is narrow and installation costs for recovery is reduced.
