PURPOSE: To provide a pipe end processing machine in which a die body replacing time can be shortened and number of components can be deleted.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe end processing machine inserts a leading end side 21a of a die body 21 into an end 1a of a heated resin pipe 1, cools it thereby mold a predetermined shape at the end 1a. A stop member 23 for stopping the end 1a of the pipe 1 in contact with a periphery of the body 21 is arranged on the periphery of the body 21, and a cooling air introducing air hole 23 is formed at a base end side 21b from an arranging position of the member 23.
