Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fastening jig in which the insertion movement of a nipple to an opening hole of a pipe body and the coating movement of a sleeve to the end of the pipe body are smoothly moved at the same time.SOLUTION: A first holder 10 and a second holder are made to relatively approach and move to an axial direction by a pusher 30, and thereby a nipple C held to the first holder 10 comes into abutment with an opening hole B2 of a pipe body B and partially fitted therein to push and move the entire of the pipe body B to a sleeve D. The nipple C is fitted partially, so that an end B1 of the pipe body B is increased in diameter and transformed. When this passes an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve D, the frictional resistance generated between the end B1 of the pipe body B and the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve D becomes maximum, and the nipple C is fitted furthermore with respect to the opening hole B2 of the pipe body B while the end B1 of the pipe body B passes to the sleeve D. Accordingly, the whole nipple C is completely fitted in the opening hole B2 of the pipe body B, and the sleeve D is covered on the outside of the end B1 of the pipe body B, and thereby these three parts are overlapped in a radial direction and assembled integrally.
