To provide a pipe fitting for a corrugated pipe capable of preventing the pipe from breakage or damage resulting from its fatigue by relieving eventually applied external forces to the pipe owing to vibration etc.
The pipe fitting 1 for corrugated pipes is equipped with a cylindrical body 3 to receive the corrugated pipe 2, ring-shaped seals 5 and 6 to seal the gap between the inside surface of the body 3 and the periphery of the forefront 4 of the pipe, a ring-shaped retainer 9 having a pawl 8 engaged with the bottom part 7 of the pipe 2 periphery, and a snap ring 11 to restrain the retainer 9 so that it does not slip off from the body 3. In this pipe fitting 1, the inside diameter of the snap ring 11 is made larger than the maximum outside diameter of the corrugated pipe 2, which is thereby made movable in the radial direction within the gap s formed between the inside surface of the body 3 and the periphery of the pipe 2.
