Title:
PIPE FITTING WALL WITH FOOTHOLD FOR INSPECTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2669810
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate a checking works by letting sewage flow out without staying regardless of the number of connected pipings and the connecting direction.
CONSTITUTION: An upstream pipe 60a and a downstream straight pipe 60b are connected to a pipe fitting wall 1 disposed in the lower part of a manhole. An inclined part 5 with an angle of 45 degrees and a semi-spherical sphere wall part 6 of the bottom of the inclined part 5 are formed on an inside surface 3 of the interior of the pipe fitting wall 1. An upstream path 15 is formed on a part of the sphere wall part 6 that is communicated with the stream straight pipe 60a, and a downstream path 8 is formed on a part thereof that is communicated with the downstream straight pipe 60b. A stream of the upstream straight pipe 60a is collected along the upstream path 15 by the sphere wall part 6, and then forced to flow out into the downstream straight pipe 60b through the downstream path 8. Plural fixed pieces 71 are buried at every designated angle in the inclined part 5, and one foothold 70 is disposed on two arbitrary fixed pieces 71. The step 77 of the foothold 70 is freely opened and closed to be opened only for inspection, so that it is possible to prevent the surface from being dirted.
