The tip of a curved part is molded in a corrugated plate shape, and is formed as a biting-in blade. A bolt hole is formed in a round hole a little larger than a using bolt diameter in an outside surface part. The inside surface part is worked into an elongate hole by taking into consideration an elongation margin of the curved part. A tip part of a curved plate is press-fitted and fixed to the pipe by strong force by using the elongation margin when the curved part becomes flat at bolt fastening time.
