PURPOSE: To provide a pipe inner face water leakage preventing device which can easily mend water leakage from a pipe body in the case of leakage because of eccentricity of more than a specific value in a pipe body.

CONSTITUTION: When water leaks from pipe bodies 1, 2 because of eccentricity of more than a fixed value in the opposed pipe bodies 1, 2 provided with a water leakage preventing tool 3, in which a cut-off material 5 is brought into contact with their outside faces, plural partition pieces 7a, 7b, 7c... constituting a slanting cylinder 9 are inserted as they are from manholes of the pipe bodies 1, 2, so that the partition pieces 7a, 7b, 7c... are connected together via packings 8 while bringing a seal material 10 into contact with the inside face of the opposed pipe bodies 1, 2. In this way, water leakage from the pipe bodies 1, 2 is prevented by a simple work.
