PURPOSE: To scrape an angular part off uniformly by supporting an objective pipe horizontally, rotating it around a pipe axis, inserting a grinding wheel attached to a rocker arm tip, into the pipe, making it corresponding to a specified angular part, and rocking a rocker arm to the angular side with its own weight, then making the rotating grinding wheel so as to be pressed to the angular part.
CONSTITUTION: An objective pipe 1 is supported horizontally, making a socket peripheral edge of the objective pipe 1 contact with a pipe receiving part 6, and it is positioned and rotated and driven. On the other hand, a lifting table unit 5 is lifted up or down and a level of a grinding wheel 9 is adjusted with that of a socket of the objective pipe 1. Next, a rocker arm 8 is rocked by an air cylinder unit 11, uplifting the grinding wheel 9 up to the side of an inner circumferential surface of the objective pipe 1, and the grinding wheel 9 is advanced to a position being opposed to an angular part (a) by a mobile pedestal unit 7. Then the grinding wheel 9 is rotated by a grinding wheel driver 10, and the air cylinder unit 11 is contracted, forming a specified clearance in space between a rod of this air cylinder unit 11 and the rocker arm 8. In this state, the grinding wheel 9 pressed to the angular part (a) by a self-weight rock of the rocker arm 8, scraping off the angular part (a).
