Abstract:

To suppress damage on the surface of a metallic pipe to a greatest possible extent.

A great number of protrusions are formed of alloy of a metal, thereby the surface is formed as a corrosion proof surface having a great number of irregularities. Upon casting a metallic pipe mainly composed of a first metal, the pipe is cast by using the mold 11, in which granulated bodies 16 formed by a second metal different from the first metal or foaming beads containing the second metal are partially embedded in the mold 11.
