To secure reliability of a joint connection for enabling application work by using a steel pipe for general piping and a vinyl chloride lining steel pipe for drainage, bearing pulsating water pressure in a long period of time as a pipe joint for pressure feed drainage, having high resistance against vibration, exerting necessary and sufficient anti-pulling force.
The pipe joint device for connecting pipe bodies for pressure-feeding drainage under pressure from a drainage part to an external discharge part. A packing 20 in which a plurality of rigid spheres 25 are arranged is inserted between an outer periphery of a pipe body 11 and an inside inclined plane 19 of a joint ring 15. The rigid spheres 25 are pressed against the outer periphery of the pipe body 11 by a component of force at the inside inclined plane 19 when fastening the joint ring 15. Independent from fastening the joint ring 15, a grip 30 to fasten the outer periphery of the pipe body 11 is provided as a part independent from a joint part 18. The grip part 30 and the joint ring 15 are jointly fastened at several positions with bolts.
