Abstract:
To provide a pipe joint capable of improving chemical resistance and capable of improving water cut-off performance over a long-term.SOLUTION: A pipe joint which is provided with a socket at its end includes a pipe joint main body containing a first resin, and a socket member containing a second resin. Therein, the second resin is hard vinyl chloride resin, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin or urethane resin. The socket member is arranged on an inner surface of the pipe joint main body on the socket, and the socket member is not brought into contact with liquid when a connection object member is connected with the socket and liquid flowing is performed, and the socket member includes a socket member main body and an annular protruded part which is protruded to the radial direction outer side of the pipe joint and, when a length of the socket is L, the whole of the annular protruded part is located on the axial direction inner side from a position of 0.5×L toward the axial direction inner side of the pipe joint from the end of the socket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
