To provide a pipe joint for renewal of piping for water supply or hot-water supply, enabling renewal of the piping with satisfactory workability, without breaking greatly an indoor wall and an indoor floor, and renewal structure and a renewal construction method for the piping using the pipe joint.

A water faucet fitting 1a is removed once by releasing screw connection with an existing pipe P1, and a screw part 71 of the pipe joint 3a is thereafter screwed in a screw barrel 21 of the existing pipe P1 via a through-hole H1, to bring a flange part 72 substantially into contact with the indoor wall W1, and to direct an easy coupling and release joint part 6 of a joint body 4a to an insertion direction of a renewal pipe P2. A screw barrel part 11 of the water faucet fitting 1a is screwed with a screw barrel part 5a of the joint body 4a, the water faucet fitting 1a is thereby fixed along the indoor wall W1 via the pipe joint 3a, the renewal pipe P2 is drawn in to an indoor side, and a pipe end part thereof is connected to the easy coupling and release joint part 6.
