PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint which has resistance against both of pitching and rolling and does not cause soil to be caught even if the pipe joint is used in a sewerage.
SOLUTION: This pipe joint consists of a joint main body 1 in which a receive port 12 having larger bore than that of a cylindrical part 11 is provided at one end of the cylindrical part 11, a cap 2 which has mainly an insertion port 21 which is fitted in a tip part of the receive port 12 and in which an end of a pipe P having bore almost equal to the cylindrical part 11 can be inserted and is made of a rubber elastic body, and an annular packing 3 which is provided in such a manner that it is attached adhesively on an inner peripheral face and an innermost face of the receive port 12, has an inner peripheral face which adheres to an outer peripheral face of an end of the pipe P which is inserted into the receive port 12, and is made of the rubber elastic body. A cross section of the annular packing 3 is formed in substantially U shape which is opened on a tip side of the receive port 12, and a small bore part 32 which makes an inner peripheral face of the cylindrical part 11 of the joint main body 1 continuous with an inner peripheral face of the end of the pipe P which is inserted into the receive port 12 is provided on the inner peripheral face of the annular packing 3.
