Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe line repairing method for charging filler for eliminating water leakage at an interface clearance between an existing pipe and a pipe lining material.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a repairing method for repairing a pipe comprising the steps of controlling a size of an interface clearance to facilitate charging of filler into the interface clearance; installing a hole by forming a circular threaded hole in a wall thickness direction of a pipe lining material, installing the threaded pipe into the hole to arrange several filling ports and discharging holes; filler agent pouring and discharging for pouring filler agent to several filling ports while checking and/or controlling a pressure at the interface clearance and discharging both air and filler agent through the discharging hole; and sealing several filling ports and punched locations of the several discharging holes with resin putty having growth rate capable of absorbing hardening margin corresponding to a filling port area after finishing the filler agent pouring/discharging step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
