PURPOSE: To form a gap permitting the simple injection of a back-filling material on the rear surface side of a liner by applying the liner to a pipe in a closely bonded state by the spiral winding of a strip having a back-filling gap forming spacer provided on the rear surface thereof and constituting the liner of the pipe by spiral winding and to well correspond to the demand of an increase in back-filling thickness.
CONSTITUTION: In a strip l, as back-filling gap forming spacers 3, the ribs 2 formed to the rear surface of the strip 1 go as to extend in the longitudinal direction thereof and second fixable or detachable elements S2 consisting of the projections 3 provided to the backs of the ribs 3 in a protruding state or bonded to the ribs so as to protrude upwardly therefrom and having spaces 4 provided thereto are included.
