To provide a pipe-lining material in simple constitution and having high light blocking property.
The pipe-lining material 1 is constituted by thermally welding the outer surface of the tubular resin absorbing material 10 impregnated with a photocurable resin or a photocurable resin and a thermocurable resin with a light blocking film 12. In such the constitution, the light blocking film is not displaced relative to the tubular resin absorbing material and prevents the photocurable resin impregnated into the tubular resin absorbing material 1 from being cured by being carelessly exposed to external light, because the whole outer surface of the tubular resin absorbing material is coated with the thermally welded light blocking film. Further, the light blocking film can be easily obtained by adding a light blocking pigment to the plastic film in the process for manufacturing a plastic film with high airtightness such as a polyethylene therefore the pipe-lining material with a high light blocking property can be manufactured using a covering step by a plastic film used before as it is.
