Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow large fluid pressure to act on a pipe lining material to smoothly insert the pipe lining material in a pipeline while reversing the same.
SOLUTION: A bent cap 4 of which both ends have different calibers is used and one end of a pipe lining material 3 is attached to the small diameter part 4A of the cap 4, and one end of an extension tube 6 is connected to the large diameter part 4B of the cap 4 through a joint 5. The cap 4 is arranged on the bottom of a manhole 1 and the small diameter part 4A thereof is turned toward the inlet of the pipeline 2 to be repaired, and water is injected in the extension tube 6 in this state. By this constitution, large water pressure acts on the pipe lining material 3 to smoothly reverse the pipe lining material 3 to insert the same in the pipeline 2.
