Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe lining method capable of bending and guiding a lining material inversion-inserted to the bottom of a manhole into a main pipe efficiently with an inexpensive method.SOLUTION: The rear side of a work vehicle 1 is lifted with an outrigger 2. A lining material 7 is pressurized and inversion-inserted to near the bottom of a manhole. When the lining material is inversion-inserted to near the bottom of the manhole, the pressure of the lining material is reduced to bring down the outrigger 2 and lower the work vehicle 1. Simultaneously with lowering of the work vehicle, a tip end of the lining material near the bottom of the manhole is pressed, the portion of the lining material corresponding to lowering of the work vehicle is curved, and the lining material is bent toward the extending direction of the main pipe, allowing the lining material to be inversion-inserted into the main pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
