PURPOSE: To improve insufficient adhesive strength between resin and a perforated metallic foil which is formed by tearing and breaking the metallic foil almost in parallel with each other and has irregular dimensions and a large number of long holes by joining the metallic foil to a fiber reinforced resin composite pipe product, by a method wherein at least one fiber-reinforced resin layer is wound around and laminated by making use of the metallic foil.
CONSTITUTION: In a pipe formed by winding around and laminating by at least one fiber-reinforced resin layer 23, at least one metallic foil layer 24 is contained in-between the fiber-reinforced resin layer 23 or in the outermost layer and/or the innermost layer and the metallic foil is constituted so that the metallic foil is a perforated metallic foil wherein the same is formed by tearing and breaking the metallic foil almost in parallel with each other and possesses irregular dimensions and a large number of long holes. Consequently, a pipe made of fiber-reinforced resin which can improve reliability in compression strength, shock strength and twist-breaking strength by preventing peeling between the metallic foil becoming composite and resin from each other and becomes superior in a sense of beauty also and is used for a golf club shaft can be obtained.
