Abstract:
To provide a pipe processing device of a simple configuration equipped with an enhanced safety so that the motor does not rotate by the inertial force when the pipe processing works are ended and the power is turned off.
A pipe processing device is equipped at least with a chuck 22 which bites a pipe to be processed and is rotated by a power source 30, a spindle stock 20 to support the chuck 22, a head 29 to apply processing to the pipe pitten by the chuck 22, a carriage 27 to hold the head 29, and a guide shaft 25 which guides the carriage 27 slidably, wherein a motor 32 equipped with a brake is used as the power source 30.
