Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce construction site work by forming a pipe space by utilizing a construction characteristic of a unit type building where plural building units manufactured in a factory are combined with each other at a construction site.
CONSTITUTION: In a factory, pipe space constituting walls 10 are formed in mutually opposing positions of first floor-second floor building units 1A and 2A to constitute a unit type building. When the second floor building unit 2A is placed on the first floor building unit 1A at a construction site, a pipe space striding over these building units 1A and 2A can be formed by connection of the mutual pipe space constituting walls 10.
