PURPOSE: To install pipes easily on a supporting body in multiple stages by engaging an engaging notch part for first stage piping of a second stage bracket with a first stage piping and holding the second bracket on the first stage piping with the first stage piping held on the first stage bracket.

CONSTITUTION: When an engaging notch part for first stage piping 11 of a bracket for second stage 10 is pressed into a first stage pipe 9, the bracket for second stage 10 can be fixed easily to the first stage pipe 9, and the second stage bracket 10 can be held on a first stage bracket 3 through the first stage pipe 9. By this, the first stage pipe 9 functions as a connecting member between the first stage bracket 3 and the second stage bracket 10, thus facilitating the construction to fix the second stage bracket 10. Also, because multiple first stage pipes 9 and second stage pipes 13 can be arranged laterally in two stages, the degree of freedom of piping position can be increased in laying out them on a vehicle.
