To improve a pressure-proof pipe system for leakage.
A high pressure pipe 100 has connection fittings 110 at both ends of a pipe line portion 102. The connection fittings 110 each have a valve element 120 slidable through a sliding hole 130. The valve element 120 receives the energizing force of a spring 131 and the force of gas pressure with fluid in a tank flowing into a bottomed hole 124 and slides with their balance. A large diameter through-hole 125 and a small diameter through-hole 123 generate differential pressure due to a difference in diameter. When the differential pressure is increased with the leakage of gas, the valve element 120 slides for closing the small diameter through-hole 123 with the inner periphery wall of a pipe line housing 112 to prevent the flow-out of the gas of too much flow amount. The flow-out is prevented at both ends of the pipe line portion.
