This pipe vice comprises a vertically movable and fixable cradle 2 which is mounted transversely to a frame 1, a support stand 4 which is mounted on an upper end of a strut 3 raised on the frame 1, links L1 and L2 connected respectively to shaft holes H1 and H2 of the support stand 4 via pins P1, P2, an arm 7 stretching from a shaft hole h1 of the link L1 and an using member 6 which is mounted on an end of same, a link 3 which is connected to shaft holes h1 and h2 of free ends of the links L1 and L2 via the pins p1 and p2, and a lever 8 stretching from the link L3 to the shaft hole h2 side.
