Abstract:
To provide a pipe with an olefinic resin socket capable of making socket melting connection with less dead space and having better out-of-roundness of the socket and shorter melting connection time.
The pipe 1 with a socket has the socket formed for socket melting connection by secondary processing for expanding in diameter after an end portion of the olefinic resin pipe is heatedly softened. Maximum inner diameter (d) of an opening end 4 of the socket 3 is within a range of 96.0% to 99.8% to an outer diameter D of a straight pipe portion 2.
