PURPOSE: To make H possible to cut the end part of a pipe which is connected to a member of different external diameter, even by means of a single sheet of guide by using a leaf spring-shaped member as the guide, provided in a copying device, and providing an adjusting mechanism for a curving degree of the guide.

CONSTITUTION: A curving degree of a leaf spring-shaped guide 13 is adjusted being matched with an external diameter of a connected thick pipe 51. That is, when a screw bar 17, provided in the center part of a copying device 10, is rotated in any of normal and reverse directions by utilizing a knob 18, a pressing member 14, engaged with the screw bar 17, is longitudinally moved along the screw bar 17, and the guide 13 is pressed to this pressing member 14 from behind and formed into circular arc shape with the central part protruded, so that the curving degree of the guide 13 is made to agree with the external diameter of the thick pipe. Next, by moving a follow-up device 19 copying the surface of this guide 13, a pipe cutter 20, associated with the follow-up device 19, is moved and forced to cut the end part of the pipe 51 after matching it with the surface shape of the guide 13.
