Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an end flange attached to a pipeline connectible to the side of a connecting object by one bolt alone.
CONSTITUTION: Two split flanges 21 and 22 are connected to each other by means of each fitting between a projection 25 and a recess 28, a projection and a recess 26 and a projection 30 and a notch 27 respectively, while they are coupled together by clamping each set with a self-tapping screw 31, thereby constituting an end flange 19. At this time, a hexagon nut 36 is set up in an inserting hole 34 installed at the side of the split flange 22 in advance, and then a hexagon coupling bolt passed through from the end flange at the side of a connecting object is screwed in the hexagon nut 36.
