Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline connection structure of equipment capable of simply removing target equipment.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of equipment connecting adjacent sensor units 10-50 with pipelines 60, the sensor units 10-50 are connected with one another in such a state that engagement hole parts to be connected with the pipelines 60 are formed on the upstream side and downstream side of each of the sensor units, that any of the engagement hole parts 11a-51a on the upstream side and the engagement hole parts 11b-51b on the downstream side are formed deeper than the others, and that the pipelines 60 are movable inside the engagement hole parts.
