PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close an introduction duct under powerless state and without any artificial operation when tidal wave Tsunami comes, for example.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a pipe conduit water stop device 1 that is installed at an introduction duct 2 arranged at a building so as to close the introduction duct 2 when tidal wave Tsunami comes, for example. Under a normal state, an air feeding plate 8 and a water stop plate 6 are integrally cooperated and internally installed in the introduction duct 2 rotatably under a requisite angle. There are provided counterweights 9 acting to prevent the air feeding plate 8 from being rotated through air feeding. Under an emergency case, when sea water immerses into the introduction duct 2, the air feeding plate 8 and the water stop plate 6 are rotated together against an acting force of the counterweights 9 due to striking action of sea water against the air feeding plate 8 to close an inside area of the introduction duct 2.EFFECT: To close an introduction duct under powerless state and without any artificial operation when tidal wave Tsunami comes, for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
