Abstract:
To provide a new compound, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, a method for producing the same and the use of the compound for the production of a drug especially acting on the central nervous system.
The pharmaceutical composition contains, as an active component, a compound of formula (II) (in the formula, R2 is an aryl-1-6C-alkyl, an aryl-1-6C-alkoxy, a heteroaryl-1-6C-alkoxy, a 2-indanyloxy, an aryloxy, a heteroaryloxy, an arylthio, a heteroarylthio, a 5-6C-cycloalkylthio, a 5-8C-alkoxy or the like; R3 is a hydrogen atom; and R7 is a hydrogen atom).
