Abstract:
PURPOSE: To connect a drain hole in a clean booth to a recovery hole outside the booth without putting in one's hand and to maintain the degree of cleanness in the cleaning booth by providing, in back and forth movable way, piping for connecting a drain hole of a filling device in the clean booth and a recovery hole of a piping connecting device outside the booth.
CONSTITUTION: In a piping connecting device 1, a filling device is stopped at a fixed position on washing and simultaneously piping is advanced to connect a drain hole 10 of a washing device in the filling device in a clean booth to a recovery hole 11 of the piping connecting device 1 outside the clean booth. A washing drain pipe 15 is provided in back and forth movable way to the filling device. As a result, by the recovery hole 11 of the piping connecting device connected to the drain hole 10 of the washing device in the filling device installed in the clean booth, the washing drain pipe 1 5 is moved back and forth from a notch part into which the washing drain pipe 15 is insertible and is slidably inserted to connect the recovery hole 11 and the drain hole 1 O. Thus, the connection is performed without putting in one hand in the cleaning booth.
