To solve a problem that; there is no applicability because only fastening elements such as screws and bolts can be used for connection between a pipe piece (sleeve) and a duct pipe; work is time-consuming and lowers efficiency because a short pipe is occasionally necessary; there is a danger because work at a high altitude is required; and design and construction efficiency are restricted because bury work is required afterwards if an opening of a partition section is large.

This piping construction method is for arranging a duct through an opening formed at a partition section of a wall, a floor and the like. The pipe piece integrally including a flange section of which edge section is inwardly bent at a substantially right angle is arranged in the opening. An end face flange of a duct component part is integrally fixed and connected to the flange section of the pipe piece by using a fastening element or a caulking. The pipe piece is formed by bending both opening edges of a tubular main body inwardly at a substantially right angle and a flange section thereof is integrally formed.
