A filler 7 is laid on a downside portion which constitutes a side for receiving a sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 of an installation hole 6; one end, which is protruded to the outside with respect to the sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 for the plurality of sleeve pipes 3, is inserted into the installation hole 6 from one of the outdoor side, dwelling unit-side or the like of an installation place 5; the sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 is arranged in the installation hole 6; the downside portion of the sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 is placed on the filler 7 of the downside portion of the installation portion 6; and a filler 8 equal in material to the filler 7 is infilled into a gap between the sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 and the installation hole 6, and solidified. Thus, the sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 is fixed to the installation place 5, so that work for also securing water sealing performance can be easily performed without a decrease in coefficient of heat transmission on the periphery of a place for installing the sleeve pipe 3. When a heat insulating material 9 is provided inside the installation hole 6 from the dwelling unit-side of the installation place 5, the coefficients of heat transmission for the installation place 5 and the sleeve-pipe supporting body 4 can be adjusted. When a joint 10 is filled with a waterproof treatment material 11, the water sealing performance is also enhanced on the outdoor side of the installation place 5.
