The present invention is characterized by being provided with: a piping memory unit; a diagnostic information memory unit that stores diagnostic information including point information for identifying points where defects have been found and defect information for identifying the details of the defects; a display unit for displaying a layout drawing (31) and defect point icons (44); and a control unit that controls the details displayed on the display unit, wherein the defect point icons (44) are displayed at positions, on the layout drawing (31), that correspond to the point information included in the diagnostic information associated with the respective defect point icons (44), such that the details of defects identified by the defect information included in the diagnostic information are identifiable.
