Title:
PIPING FLUSHING DEVICE AND PIPING FLUSHING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004278859
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enhance the flushing efficiency in the technique to flush the piping tying the heat source side unit of a refrigeration apparatus such as an air-conditioner, a refrigerator, etc. using a refrigeration cycle with the user side unit.

A piping flushing device according to the invention is structured so that a refrigerant containing foreign matter is led out of a connection pipe 6, gasified to become a gas refrigerant, and separated from the foreign matter when the gas piping 41 coupling the outdoor unit 37 with the indoor unit 39 and a liquid delivering pipe 43 are to be flushed, and the gas refrigerant is allowed to flow into a refrigerant tank 27 in which a liquid refrigerant in the same sort as the gas refrigerant is reserved, and the gas refrigerant and the liquid refrigerant in the tank 27 are mixed in a specified proportion and returned from a connection pipe 8 to make circulation. Thereby mineral oil and the refrigerant in the piping can be solved together by flushing inside the piping in such a manner that the refrigerant of the same sort as the refrigerant remaining in the piping, and the mineral oil can be recovered comparatively easily. Further the refrigerant circulating in the piping can be put in the two-phase state of gas and liquid, which enables recovering the foreign matter in the piping in comparatively good workmanship to lead to enhancement of the flushing efficiency.
