Abstract:
To provide a pipe holding jig in which an inside of pipe can be closed with filler while preventing leakage of harmful substance inside the pipe.SOLUTION: A pipe holding jig 3 used for closing a pipe T with filler includes a lower die 20 and an upper die 30 for pinching the pipe T. The upper die 30 includes a linear holding groove 31 for holding the pipe and a drill insertion hole 35 and a nozzle insertion hole 36 formed in a penetration manner. One ends of the drill insertion hole 35 and the nozzle insertion hole 36 crosses on an inner surface of the holding groove 31 such that the drill insertion hole 35 and the nozzle insertion hole 36 have a common opening 37. The upper die 30 includes: a first packing 41 for sealing between the drill insertion hole 35 and a shank part 4x of a drill tool 4c; and a second packing 45 for sealing between the nozzle insertion hole 36 and a nozzle 6b for injecting filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
