To provide a piping joint device capable of preventing rotation of a first piping member and a second piping member without increasing the number of parts and its manufacturing method.
The piping joint device is provided with the first piping member 2 having a male side joint 22, the second piping member 3 having a female side joint 32 and an engaging member 10 having an engaging part 14 capable of enlarging and contracting its diameter for engaging the first piping member 2 and the second piping member 3. In the first piping member 2 and the second piping member 3, a second fitting part 22a and a first fitting part 32a are formed to connect the first piping member 2 and the second piping member 3 without rotating in a circumference direction at a position where an outer circumference face of the male side joint 22 fits in an inner circumference face of the female side joint 32. Thus, it is possible to prevent rotation of the fist piping member and the second piping member.
