Projection parts 21b and 22b are formed in the vicinity of the end parts of pipings 21 and 22 connected by being butted against each other. The projection parts 21b and 22b are projectively provided in approximately annular forms toward an outer peripheral sides. A connection ring 24 made of an elastic material is fixed in an outer peripheral surface between the projection parts 21b and 22b. A sealing part 24b protruded in a dual form is projectively provided in the inner periphery of the connection ring 24. The projection parts 21b and 22b and the connection ring 24 are housed and fixed in a recessed part 35 formed in a joint 31. The joint 31 is capable of turning one end of each of a pair of housings 33 and 34 formed by dividing a cylindrical body into two parts and fasten and fix the other end by a bolt 55.
