The piping member is coated with a resin composition comprising (A) polyphenyleneether-based resin: 10-80 wt.%, (B) polystylene-based resin having syndiotactic structure: 10-80 wt.%, (C) polystylene-based resin other than the component (B): 10-80 wt.% (the total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt.%). The resin composition also comprises (D) impact modifier of 1-50 wt.% based on the total 100 wt.% of (A), (B) and (C).
