Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs for construction work by providing a collar portion almost at the center of the outer periphery and an internal thread at the inner side and by forming a piping sleeve with a sleeve main body provided with a ring-shaped coping portion at the head and a cylindrical body to be inserted to the inner side of the sleeve main body.
SOLUTION: A sleeve main body 1 as a cylindrical body is provided with a collar portion 2 at the intermediate position of the outer peripheral portion and internal threads 3, 4 at the inner side, and a coping portion 5 is formed at the head. Next, a mounting device 6 is tied to a predetermined position of the formwork 7, and a sleeve main body 1 is attached in a form of fitting from the top of the mounting device 6, a curing cover is attached to the upper end of the sleeve main body 1, and then slab concrete 8 is placed. Next, at a portion where the sleeve main body 1 is located, a raised portion is formed on the waterproof layer 9 in conformity with the slope of the coping portion 5, a ring-shaped packing 10 is placed on the upper surface of the waterproof layer 9, and a presser member 12 having a coping-shaped projection 11 is arranged. Thus, flashing work for waterproof layer can be carried out reliably.
